Lamia Maalouf, ASID
MI Design has developed an extensive list of prominent clients and their projects throughout
California have been featured widely in various publications including design periodicals and
professional trade magazines.
Maalouf is a graduate with honors of California State University, Los Angeles with a degree in Interior Design. In addition to her continuing professional training through the American Society of Interior Designers, she is regularly enrolled in courses at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Maalouf holds membership in the National Association of Women Business Owners, Los Angeles (NAWBO), the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), the Hospitality Industry Network (NEWH) and served on the legislative committee of the Interior Design Coalition of California (IDCC).
Maalouf is on the advisory board of the Los Angeles Arab Film Festival. She is also a mentor and an active member of the Los Angeles Leggers running club and was named among the top five hundred women in her age group who finished the Los Angeles marathon in 2004.
